Phantom of the Opera.

I can’t help myself to post this video… I think this is fabolous. I loved the music that they play… Very astonishing…..

I am particularly impressed with the choice of Emmy Rossum as “Christine.” She is an extraordinary singing talent whose career will, I am certain, match the heights that her wonderful soprano voice can reach! I was surprised to find that she was only sixteen years of age when she filmed this movie. She is an example of true talent in an age in which electronic enhancements are regularly practiced in popular music. This movie is one of those few movies that I have seen multiple times! The imagery, the costume design, the musical score, and the acting – stupendous! I loved the chemistry between the cast members, you couldn’t have asked for a better cast. My favorite though has to be Emmy Rossum! She’s like an angel and she’s like trying to make me sleep…

Watch this two videos that I liked the most: “Think of me” and “Music of the Night”;

One More Chance…

“To find love again, he had to lose it…
                      To find herself again, she had to lose him”

Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz get

John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo play Popoy and Basya, two souls who separate in order to grow as individuals. But will they get another shot at love?

SYNOPSIS.

The story started when Popoy and Basha met as a student in a university. Popoy ended up as an Engineer and Basha as an Architect. They work in the same company. Being inseparable — they did all their stuff together. Their relationship was great. Their families loved them; they shared barkada, worked in the same firm and their plans revolved around each other. They are pretty sure that they would get married and build a home together. Of course, Architect Basha will design their dream house while Engineer Popoy will be the one to build it. As if everything was planned perfectly.

However, all the planning eventually changes on Basha. She felt tired of trying to make her own mark in the firm, she tells him that she will resign and transfer to a smaller firm where she can have the chance to design her own. Unfortunately, Basha’s real reason of resigning to that firm is because she is tired of Popoy and their relationship. She had a feeling that Popoy is all over her and hasn’t given the chance to decide for her own. Basha asks for a breakup. She tells him shee needs space to grow — on her own.

Popoy was really hurt. He struggles to live his new life alone. Basha transfers to a smaller firm and begins to feel the freedom that she’s longing for. They tried to live without each other but the ties that bind them together make it harder for both of them. Their families and friends are worried about them and became a constant reminder of the promises they had during their happy days.

 Popoy learns to pick up the pieces and live a life that he can call his own. But Basha’s part is more difficult when she sees Popoy starting to date other girls. A part of her wants him back but a part of her knows that she asked for this. Popoy’s aunt commissions them to build her house together. They feel awkward around each other. Eventually they feel warmed up. Since 5 years is hard to erase. They enjoyed each other’s presence and realized they missed each other.

Popoy knows that giving in would mean going back to how they were before. He’s way too scared to get hurt and to get in the way of Basha’s growth. Especially now that he has seen that she can do it all alone.

Will this be a chance to give love another try? A second Chance?

— Better watch it…
